Among the tasks Mohammed undertakes at KFH is to develop investment banking and private investment management locally and regionally, and to communicate continuously with business owners and clients. He has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance in advising clients on corporate restructuring, public and private placement, debt arrangement, corporate valuation, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management and private equity. His experience has also contributed to his increased knowledge in the oil and gas, energy, real estate, healthcare, telecommunications, Retail, insurance, education and many other sectors in the region.
Prior to joining KFH in December 2012, Mohammed served seven years at FALCOM Financial Services, Saudi Arabia as General Manager, Investment Banking. Mohamed was part of the management team that has worked since the establishment of FALCOM. He began his career at the Jordan Social Security Corporation in Equity and Enterprise Management where he worked there for eleven years until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, he led the Corporate Finance Division of the Investment Unit of the Social Security Corporation.
In 2006, He became a consultant and lecturer at the Institute of Banking, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, and worked in the development of training materials and professional certificates needed by the financial market as well as management and development of training courses specialized in financial analysis, corporate finance, valuation and stock analysis in addition to the preparatory course for examinations of the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul.
Mohammed holds a BA in Economics and Statistics from the University of Jordan and a Masters in Corporate Finance from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Jordan CFA Association.
