  • Mohammad has responsibility locally and regionally for the management and development of new business and client relationships for Saudi Kuwaiti Finance House Investment Banking & Private Equity Business. He as an investment banker has over 20 years of experience in advising clients on corporate restructuring, IPOs & Right issues, Debt & Equity raising, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio management and private equity and has in depth knowledge and understanding of Oil & gas, Power, Real Estate, Healthcare, Telecommunication, Retail, Insurance, Education and many other sectors within the region. Before joining Saudi Kuwaiti Finance House in January 2013, Mohammad Allouzi spent 7 years at FALCOM Financial Services, KSA, working as Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department. Mohammad Allouzi was one of the founding members of FALCOM Financial Services Company. He started his career at Social Security Corporation of Jordan (JSSC) in Amman, Jordan in Equities and Projects Department, and worked there for 11 years until 2002 as Portfolio Manager. From 2002 to 2004, he led the Corporate Finance Division of Social Security Investment Unit, (SSIU), Amman, Jordan. In 2006, he became Consultant and Trainer at Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), the Institute of Banking, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and assisted them in the development of qualifications and designations needed by the Capital Market , Managed the development of training courses such as financial Statements Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, Corporate Finance, Valuation and stocks analysis and the preparation courses for Capital Market Authority & Tadawul examinations. Mohammad received his BSc in Economics & Statistics from University of Jordan and Masters of Science in Corporate Finance from University of Salford, Manchester, UK. He is also CFA Charterholder and a member of CFA Society Jordan.
